High performance passive subwoofer that houses an 18″ loudspeaker in a horn loaded configuration. Mechanically designed to work flown in combination with other units from the AS range or to work independently on the ground.
With an extremely compact size and a specially designed high-performance speaker, its exceptional response from 35 Hz and its high SPL make the AS SUB the perfect complement to obtain powerful and clear bass in any circumstance.
The acoustic characteristics of the AS SUB include, as in the rest of the AS range, an extremely flat response throughout the entire working band providing perfect control of the response in any situation, also, mounted or flown in a stack of 3 units, it can be can create cardioid arrays using specifically designed DSP software.
Each AS-SUB unit is made of Finnish Birch plywood, finished in fireproof Epoxy paint in matt black, with stainless steel screws and with the transducer protected by a specially designed and laser-cut steel grill. The AS-SUB is Prepared to withstand inclement weather with an IP 45 rating.
As in other models in the range, the AS-SUB has a large number of accessories for flying, staking and transport; which complete a practical and functional subwoofer.
